Yes, this situation happened in Connecticut (my home state). Sad, but true. Our news station has been following it closely. But, there may be revenge. You see, one of the judges that was for the ruling lives in Connecticut. A private citizen has raised enough interest and money to hire a developer, seize the judge's property, and build a hotel on it "in the best interest for the town's economy and business." Let's see how the judge likes it. 8-
