When the Clothing Converter ask for a path for poser, you need to tell it where poser is located on your Computer's C: Drive.

for Example:
C:GRAPHICSMetaCreationsPoser 4

This is the path to poser on my PC, It should be something similar in yours. you should be able to do this from the Preferences tab inside the Clothing Converter program.
