Community votes are the first stage of voting. Verbatim: *NOTE about Community Voting: Only one vote per person allowed. No clone votes from the same IP will be allowed. Votes from accounts created during the voting dates, or created for the sole purpose of voting will not be allowed. Community voting results will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly to accurately represent the desires of the community as a whole.
