That would be cool if they had a model of the house in 3ds format but I don't even remember seeing one of it anywhere (in any format). Oh, I do know that 3ds files (along with several other formats) can be imported into Poser. As RAMNIMUS mentioned, there is something similar to it in the Market Place, but isn't not quite up to par for what Rachel_R is looking for I don't believe.
