I like both the color and sepia toned one! A couple things that kinda bother me... it appears you rotated the image slightly to (I assume) correct the perspective of the Tower! There's that bit of white on the bottom right corner that's really noticable...needs to be cropped out or filled in (using the clone/stamp tool). Might want to clone out that street light on the left too! Somewhat distracting to my eye
