I did that Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale at PP and picked up the EMW Heroine Outfit. Once I installed it, I had to redo all of the thumbnail files (kept getting blanks and shrugging guys). I have them all fixed, but two of them are still shruggin' and I can't figure out why. Everything looks right, and the two problem Pose files were screwed up *before* I even started fixing things. Here are some pictures, hopefully someone will be able to shed light on the situation:

Here's what my files look like in Runtime.

Strange... You could try converting the .pngs to .rsrs with P3DO Explorer, and delete the .pngs and let Poser recreate them? Do the MAT poses themselves work?

Did you contact anyone at Poser Pros about this?

P3DO explorer is not available for MAC but you could try to convert with GraphicConverter. First convert the pngs to jpgs. then convert the jpgs back to pngs. That should work (it worked for me with other products thumbs).

Mat poses work fine, I've tested them all. I'm wondering if it's a coding issue. I really don't think it's a problem with the the png files. It's not quit evident above, but the Red Phoenix Mat Pose file works (thumbnail included, see 1st picture and you'll see the file with the thumbnail). But there are two Red Phoenix Mat Poses in my library. I only have one Red Phoenix file in my Runtime, and it is working. So I have a duplicate Red Phoenix file (can't be deleted) and then a GoldBrownSandal file that doesn't work at all. So couldit be a coding issue instead? What do you think? Where would I look to find out?

I'm with Xena...you'd get a more prompt reply & problem solved if you posted this problem over at PoserPros, since the merchant resides there. They are very prompt in replying to problems :)

I've emailed them, and they are going to get a Mac tester to look at the problem. But they seem to think its a .png problem and I'm skeptical. That second RedPhoenix pz2 file weirds me out. There's only one pz2 file in the Runtime, and two in my Poser library.
