Which morphing clothes set do you have? The DAZ stuff has pregnancy morphs. I also have one of PhilC's packs, and I'm pretty sure they have Pregancy morphs on them too. I am positive that I have used both sets with Pregnancy morphs. The Tailor (which you can buy from DAZ) is probably the cheapest program you can get which will put the morphs in the clothes. It's not a great program for all of your conforming clothing needs, but it should be fine for adding just one full body morph. I actually still use the Tailor and it's fine as long as I don't give it too much to do. You can also use dynamic clothes. Create a simulation with frame 1 as your V3 in zero pose with no morphs, then maybe frame 15 or so she has full morphs. Turn down the stretch and shear a bit on the clothes, and at frame 15 you have it. (Get a tutorial to help you with this- I keep Jusletgo's tutorial here as a reference; you've been to PhilC's site, he has a dynamic clothing tutorial there too.)
