Even better if you have Poser 5 or 6 is to create multiple runtimes. I have separate runtimes for clothes, props, animals, Star Wars stuff, etc. There are several tutorials that show you how to do this. That way I keep my main runtime relatively clean so if I have to do a re-install there is less chance of losing something.
