If you have the MFD from Daz, you can very easily fit it to a pregnant woman. I don't have Poser open, but if I remember correctly, there are pregnant morphs in the dress that you can adjust. I am not very good with Poser and basically only play "dress up dolly" in it, and I managed to cover the stomach. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to learning programs.
