Curious Labs tech support came through ;-) After several emails back and forth (quick response from CL support :-) the problem turned out to be extranous files left from previous version(s) of Poser. The fix was: 1. de-install Poser 2. delete entire directory tree 3. re-install Poser 4 (plain without any patches) 4. re-install ProPack Rob
