I see you've already figured out (mostly...'cept that nasty thumbnail thingie) the gallery. Take a look and you will see you can even customize your "home" page here (member options). And having a gallery here is very easy and people can comment easily with suggestions. And you're not likely to get "attacked" in this forum. (that's always nice) Laters!
