Here;s a bit from the read me for Z-Woman, there is also an Open Source Licence, but to understand it fully go and download one of the Open Source figures and join the project...
***"Z-Woman
This Poser model is being released back into the Open 3D Project resources per the included license. The model is fully Poser ready and rigged for use in Poser6 but should work in Poser5 and PoserPro with slight modifications to the textures. This model is provided unrestricted for use and modification as provided by the Open Source 3D license. Anyone making modifications to this model for redistribution for free or for sale must comply with the Open Source 3D license and show the family tree of this version of the Poser model.
Please honor the spirit of the Open Source movement for 3D models and help make it work for everyone"***
