yeah, I wondered whether it was an organiser's special tester for photographers having the participants parade in bright light of early morning. I was actually shooting out of shadow when they passed into a bit of tree shadow ... sun strong on my right side... It was impossible to get closer from any other angle at the march past due to the route they people walked and the roping off. I managed to get better photos in the afternoon... when there was a much better light going on everyone a bit less self conscious... will show these from time to time. Thanks for your comments Thomas.
