heyas; when you save a prop to the library, poser embeds the geometry in the pp2. that's where the size is coming from. it is possible to use a geometry pointer in the pp2, instead of embedding the geometry, but you have to do this by hand. i know it works with obj files, but i'm not sure it will work with a 3ds file. you can always try. if you've ever downloaded a free prop from zygote/daz, you can open it's pp2 file and see how they use obj pointers instead of embedded geometry. i'd recommend john stallings' cr2 edit to open them in. :)
