It is most likely the video compression setting you are using. The default is not great. Try selecting full frames - uncompressed from the box that pops up just before you render - just as a test. Then play around with the diferent codecs and settings to find one that works good. For FINAL ANIMATIONS you should render as sequencial still images and assemble them in some kind of video editing program, that way if you want to make a change to a small section, or Poser crashes half way through - you don't have to re-render all.
