OK, I'll offer my render "The New Girl."

Between a P4 render and postwork, it turned out fairly realistic. Frankly, I think it was a bit of a fluke, as I haven't been able to reproduce the postwork or the overall feel of the pic.
I think the reasons this image works is 1) a beautiful face morph ("Lany") and skin texture by idler168 (formerly B-Man); 2) beautiful, realistic "Sapphire Fox" hair by Quarker, with a nice texture by Firebirdz; 3) matching texture/bumps on the gloves and lace-up teddy; 4) posing the hands in a way that provides depth to the picture, and draws the viewer in; and 5) I used "Overhead" lights from Blackhearted's Pro Luma lightset that just happened to flatter all of the above.
Postwork was skin tone tweaking, gamma, lipstick painting, a bit of highlight to the cheeks, and adding some grain and noise to give everything some details.
Thanks, SamTherapy, for giving me the perfect excuse to talk about myself!
