She comes in and wants the sample. all of my samples of that item are out at the moment but I can show you the pattern in a catalog. "I CALLED AHEAD AND ASKED IF YOU HAD IT AND YOU SAID YES...I DRIVE ALL THE WAY HERE AND YOU DON'T HAVE IT" Yes ...we do sell it,but the samples are out,I'm sorry ,I didn't realize you wanted a sample or I would have told you on the phone that we didn't have that sample.I don't recall you saying that you would be coming in to get the sample. "MORE EXTREME YELLING AND ACCUSATIONS" Finally she asked me how much it would be to install said item in her kitchen. I replied $75.00 per square yard. She gasped in disgust at such a high price and left the store Problem solved. Sure I lost a sale, but who wants to do business with this lady for a small kitchen?
