lol@Scott I was hooking up Bell South DSL for a client just yesterday and she lost her username and password. I called Bell South to get the user name and password. Connection was horrible, and could not understand the accent on the other end. I asked the tech where she was and she said "The Philippines". I had to ask every question multiple times,and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I know a change of subject to outsourcing would get out of hand here,but this illustrates to me that Bell South (and tons of other companies) don't care about customer service.they would rather save money by outsourcing the support elsewhere and let 'US", the customers,suffer with poor service.
