OK. I'll take a stab at it. Is it possible that this user is seeing the Photoshop icons (from some previous PS install, maybe an LE version)? And they want to size it down from 2000 x 2000 pixels to something more manageable? But their computer won't open it because it thinks it needs Photoshop to open it? Maybe tell this person to open the paint program they want to use first, then go to open file, rather than double clicking on the icon trying to get it to open. Also maybe they are having trouble finding the materials once they are in Poser, and can't find where the textures are sitting on the hard drive, and that for simplicity if they copy it to Poser 4/Runtime/Textures and create or put the folder there, it will be easier to find. I said "maybe" so many times because I am, obviously, guessing. I've trained people to use Photoshop and other software, so just trying to remember what some of their problems were.
