I'd recommend against ranting; view bad moderation as a valuable lesson in human nature, instead. I used to be a strong advocate of the site, right or wrong, but now I'm more fair-minded and impartial. So in a way, I have a bad moderator to thank for forcing me to take a more realistic view of things.
