If you ran a business, would you let your customers sit in your store and proclaim to all of the customers coming in how much everything sucks? How everything is slow, how you don't think such and such was treated fairly, etc.? Actually, I do run a real world small business. I have CNN on with the television facing the front window, all day long. People actually come in if a news bit catches their eye...and they talk about it. Generally, they come back in the form of a client, too. My motto is...you gotta get them in the door before you can sell them anything.
