Yes, right click on the Poser icon on the task bar and select Restore. As long as it isn't rendering or doing something timeconsuming (cloth room/ hair room dynamics for instance), the full screen should reappear. Once in a while it doesn't, but the menu always comes back so you can save and quit then reload.
