Much better, IMHO! Just a tiny refinement, maybe center the title in the gray bar (top to bottom) and move it left slightly so that it lines up with the image below. Then perhaps move the top left navigation to the right a little so that it does the same thing with the inner border. Contact, the same thing. When laying things out like this, it is always good to try to line up the elements. At least that is what I've found. I played around a little to illustrate.
