Um, I haven't worked with MilHorse, but most of the time when the morphs aren't too different between two characters,(say like Posette and Vicky, for instance) I have been able to just apply the pose and adjust it to my needs. Mostly this has worked for things like arm, leg, and (if it it's from Poser default character to a DAZ one, not the other way around) facial poses. I'm guessing the same principle may apply here too.
