Not having made a penny with my Poser hobby, I'm trying to cut down what I'm spending on Poser products and it appears that I'll spend about 60% of what I did last year. This isn't a matter of trying to hurt merchants or deprive them of income or to complain about prices. It's strictly a matter of my own economics. I suppose, if I absolutely had to have a particular Poser product, I'd buy it at its regular price. Most of the time, I'm content with what I've already bought and the tons of free stuff that various content creators have generously offered the community over the years. Unfortunately, that means I'm not spending a lot of money on expensive Poser items (I've only bought two items over $20). If something's at a low enough price, or on a good sale, and there's a fair chance it's something I'll want to use in the future, I'll get it. As with most Poser users, I've spent a lot of money on items that I'll probably never use. I don't feel too horrible buying a $5 item I won't use, but feel pretty stupid when it's much more expensive. The tricky thing for any merchant is to convince me that I absolutely need their product at a price that affords them a decent return for their time.
