Why not go to a bookstore (Barnes and Noble, Borders, other) and look for a copy of Eadward Muybridge's motion sequences of humans and animals walking? Over a 100 years old but still very good. These books have several frame sequences (well, hey, Larry, a sequence IS several frames) of motion usually in profile of dogs,horses, cows, lions, etc. Pretty good stuff for keyframing.
