I like the second one the best. The first one, due to the blurring, looks like there's some atmospheric conditions going on. Which is cool if you're going for a bleary, wintery look. Even if you are, I'd say go for the 2nd render and handle atmosphere in your post work or by using "camera gells" where you can control it to your specifications.
