Well, they do have a big "Beta" on their logo so I'm not surprised that they have bugs, I'm sure they'll work with you to get it resolved, they seem pretty open to admitting that they've got a lot of work ahead of them (reading the forums), I'd say just roll with it and try to keep a level head, it's only been "live" for 3 days now so cut em some slack.
