The real issue here is if it's going to be marketed at RMP, it will have to be packaged as per their guidelines, so the only real question that arises is do you have MAT poses,INJ, REM and Poses in one folder or seperate? As I said above - depends on the market you are looking at and if it is the P4/PP market then keep them together but if you are just going for P5/P6 - it;s a whole different ball game. P5 I'd suggest a Folder named as per the character then sub folders for Pose, INJ, REM & MAT. But for P6 only I would consider using a material collection instead of a MAT file as I find them easier to retain all the material room information.
