When I make INJ and REM poses for distribution, I use something called Injection Pose Builder, which is sold at DAZ. There is a way to do it for free, involving text editing, but (untypically) I don't have any experience of doing it that way. I'm fairly sure that Morph Manager isn't helpful for that method.
