Thanks, got to do a perc and mantle then if that clears I will have to pay to drop a well in and septic. We climbed up the hill and turned around and it was an awesome view. Keep your fingers crossed that I can get the land next to it as well. Will be a lot of work but will be worth it in the long run. Marque
