I don't have P6 my self, still using P4 mostly (though I do have P5). That's why it took me a while to think of thr answer, it only dawned on as I was about to post, which is why it came right at the end! If you want to distribute this file to people who have earlier versions than P6, then you will have to use the "the all in one delta injection" as earlier versions do not support PMD files, but P6 still suports the "all in one" even if "Use external binary morph targets" isn't checked.
