Unusable product, depending on commerical legality, normally here in the UK, if product is faulty wihtin 1 month you ALWAYS have the right to demand a refund (unles it's perishable goods) E-on does need a rocket up it's ass. Most stupidly buggy program I have EVER known. if it wasn't for the fact that many parts of it are good, and I'm only a hobbyist, I'd be damned furious. I like the program, love it in fact, totally despise the bugs and this encryption garbage.
