I love Vue, and will be sticking with it. However, I will say that Vue's customer service has always been their weak spot. I had problems buying Vue 4, and trying to get in contact with a real human took forever. They kept telling me to log on to their web site to get support, but the problem was that I couldn't log on. It reminded me of those ISPs that tell you to online for support, when your problem is you can't get online. :-P I really think they should dump this lame encryption scheme. Other stores get by without encrypting their products. They should be able to do the same.
