I must echo Randym77's response. I have purchased Vue Infinite - back in late July but it is still according to My Account 'pending approval'. I checked with my credit card company and yes, it has gone through, E-on has my money but the program purchase has still to be approved. I have written to E-on and a lot more than 48 hours has passed and as yet, no response. I even tried calling them but got a 'number no longer in service. Frustrating..hell yes! Do I still like Vue - yes! :)
