Subject: Reference to external geomertry (obj files in geometries folder)

If you haven't changed grouping in Poser, you can use the original .obj. If you have, it's probably best to export your new figure (make sure it's in absolutely zero pose, no morphs applied!) as .obj. Place the .obj in the Geometries folder (I highly recommend using a subfolder with your name, and within that subfolder another subfolder for your item!). CR2Builder by kim99 is a good and free cr2 editor. You can find it at the attached link. Open your cr2 file in CR2Builder and find the lines starting with geomCustom Replace each of those lines with the following: figureResFile :Runtime:Geometries:{your subfolder}:{your object file name} There should be two of those lines. The vertex information is automatically stripped from the cr2. Save as a new CR2 and test! It should work, I've done this for props on a regular basis. Hope this helps, Steven.
