Well Khai, a lot of times the customer demands the refund, and it's granted, and then the problem is resolved where the buyer that left the review that initiated the resolution doesn't have a chance to take another look at it (unless they repurchase it) and give an updated review because they don't own it any longer. However, if they do repurchase it, they're given the opportunity to leave another review. Hope that helps :) Deb
