I'm looking forward to seeing your tutorial too. I just tried the Carrara 3D Basics 2 demo two days ago after you mentioned it and I was immediately impressed by how much more intuitive it seems to be (and I've tried the demos of just about EVERY other modeler out there). :) I'm going through the help PDF now to learn what I can before I make any decisions about buying, but I'm pretty sure now that it's going to be either Carrara or nothing. One quick question if you don't mind - why does Carrara use the Z axis for 'up and down'? Thanks in advance, take care. SnowS
