I think Slava means 'glory' in Russian. Russian playboys..how the world has changed...;)
The writing bottom center is 'This is Slava' (I think..;) Devushka sounds like 'devotchka' (girls, babes, women, etc), kotarya poet, and the rest is too hard to even pronounce..actual Slavs or Russian-speakers, feel free to jump in..;)
