I've only gotten hijacked a couple of times and the really bad one was an apparently resistant form of Cool Web Search. I was going to strat hacking the registry when I found a demo of Giant AntiSpyware that cleaned it right up. A few months later, MS bought them and released it as MS Antispyware. I'm not sure if the malware remover covers anything it doesn't
