3-Axis

I spoke to the guy from 3-Axis awhile ago and was told they are working on a DVD for Poser 6.

Oooooo nice! I was thinking about getting the 3-Axis video, but given this new info, I think I will wait for the P6 DVD. Thanks Acadia!

I think it will be the same tutorial, only it will be covering version 6 instead of version 5. I have the version 5 one, and it's on VHS and comes with a CD of files. I'm going to review it again this week to see if I can grasp the material room. It all seems so clear while I'm watching and following along, but when I go off on my own, I'm totally lost in there, LOL A word of caution. If you live in Canada, make sure it's shipped FedEX. It might seem more expensive, but I bought mine from 3-Axis' site and they shipped it via UPS and it ended up costing me the exchange, $10.00 S&H, PLU UPS charged me $50.00 at the door (their brokerage fee for processing the border papers). Plus it took 2 months to get the delivery. With FedEX, it takes 2 days, costs about $20, and the border processing fee is INCLUDED in that price, so no surprises upon delivery.

I won't hold my breath... As soon as they released the P5 tape version, I asked them if they were going to produce a DVD version. They said they were, and would let me know as soon as it was available. Still waiting... But if the P6 version does appear on DVD (preferably sometime before P7 is released) I'll be one of the first in the queue to buy it.

I asked them about a DVD for Poser 5, and they said no, but they are making one for Poser 6. I believe the fellow I was talking to was Jeff Flower, the owner.
