maclean has a very nice "Hippy Headband" over at 3dcommune. You can hide the knot and the ends and just use the head part. I use this headband as a nice dress belt for the little mil girls too. It is easy enough to add blood to it. chaobell has a photoshop blood smears and splats. Becca UK also has a bloody mess collection (2d) search freestuff here for blood with a space at the end and you should get only stuff that is related to what you want.
