Poser 4 uses .rsr files exclusively for thumbnails. Anything else is unknown by it. You'll need a third-part application (like P3dOExplorer) to convert the .png or other thumbnail image files to .rsr. For anything before Poser 6, the graphics card has essentially no bearing - everything was done on the CPU, not the GPU (OpenGL). Poser 6 can use OpenGL for Document Window display.
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
