It's a vertex order problem, but I guess you knew that... ;) UVMapper Pro can also do vertex re-ordering, if you have that. It isn't always successful. Other than that, it's just down to care during the export and modelling process. With a leetle more information about how you got here from there, we can perhaps suggest an alternative route...
