Im not certain where to get that kind of pose, but perhaps IK is causing your difficulties with achieving this pose yourself? Have you tried switching the setting of V3's Left Hand IK from the default? Its probably on, and turning it off might allow you to get quick results with the standard left forarm, shoulder and collar's bend, twist and rotate dials :) Failing that, Schlabber has umpteen zips of poses, there is bound to be some with really similar hand positions, probably in his fem model pose section. Ive provided the URL above, hope it helps :) (please make sure youve a saved .pz3 of your existing pose before trying a schlabber pose and possibly fixing the left arm while undoing/ruining all the other body positions youve managed to wrestle into your desired position!)
