Impressive spider gun you're working on. Like danno said, in that picture you've got everything selected, not the group. (you can tell because of the orgin handles and the empty attribute boxes) I strongly recomend using a dummy object set to 'hidden' for controling a group since Bryce will sometimes forget it's a group if you manipulate it's origin. like dann-o and paul said. xenic101
