You can do it in an even simpler way. - Load the .obj - Make sure all polygons are assigned to the hip group - Switch to the Setup room - "Apply" (single checkmark) V3Blank from you figure library - Switch back to the Pose room. - Rename the BODY of your new figure to "Skirt" You can remove the bones you don't need in the Pose room. I'd suggest keeping the abdomen too, makes for better bending. Removing extra materials (you don't need all those skin materials) can only be done in a CR2 editor (or a text editor).
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
