Dave, I see no one dragging anyones name through the mud. If that is the impression you have received from my remarks then I owe you an apology and I respectfully offer it. My remarks were made in an effort to state how easy it is to innocently and unintentionally infringe on someone else's copyright or trademark and how it appears many are not aware of just how far and deep those protections go.
