Graphics Design is about designing cars, furniture, textiles, websites, campaign literature, etc.,... usually commercial or product-based as distinct from art for its own sake. The other two catagoties are art, but badly titled. If they had defined Digital Imagery as "editing", that would allow for scanned or photographic pieces to be manipulated in PhotoShop or its equivalent. Then Computer Art would encompass works which are entirely digital, whether 2D or 3D. By not having clear catagories to begin with, they abetted slopover. Carolly
