Sorry for the delay, been switching ISPs. The .pz3 file is a Poser scene file (figures, porops, lights etc.) you can load it either by double clicking on it from the folder or with Poser open, going to file->import->I think it's "Poser Document." You may have to change the filetype dropdown to select .pz3. to see it. I actually have this file and tried installing it. Make sure the .obj file is in a folder called under Geometries called Braid (Case Sensitive as the readme says). You should be able to load it by the above method for the .pz3 or clicking the library entries also works for me. If neither of these methods works, try exiting Poser and going to the GeometriesBraid folder and deleting Braids.rsr file. Sometimes the .rsr files get damaged and Poser will recreate them. The .pz3 just loads the twin braids hair so I'm not sure why it was included.
